At Cusenware Tech Sciences, we strive to provide the best services to our clients. However, we understand that situations may arise where refunds or cancellations are necessary and we will process the refund within 7 days.
1. Service Cancellation:
Clients may request service cancellation by providing written notice via email at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
2. Refund Policy:
- For monthly or retainer services: No refunds are provided once the service period has started.
- For project-based services: Partial refunds may be issued only if the project is canceled before major deliverables have been completed. The exact refund amount (if applicable) will be determined case-by-case based on work completed.
3. Force Majeure:
Cusenware Tech Sciences is not responsible for refunds due to delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government actions, etc.
4. Changes to This Policy:
We may modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time, and all changes will be posted on our website.
